Why can’t I purchase?

What is Camper Deals?
We are your answer to great deals on all things camping, caravanning and 4WDriving.
How do I sign up to receive e-mails on the next deal?
Simply enter your e-mail address on our subscription page, to purchase you must register though.
How long does it take to process and deliver my order?
While our suppliers aim to get products posted out within two days of the deal expiring, issues may arise which can sometimes delay the dispatch. Our supplier standard delivery terms are to have the goods delivered to your door within 12 business days (depending on location)
While some orders may be at your door within 48 hours of the deal ending, if things do go wrong, or our suppliers cannot keep up with the large volume of stock – we ask that you please allow 2 – 3 weeks for the product to arrive.

What happens if I’m not home to receive my order?
If you aren’t home, a card will be left with collection instructions.
This card/notification usually means that your parcel is waiting for you at a local post office; the card should have details on where you can go to collect your parcel. You will need to present this card along with a photo ID for collection.
Faulty or damaged product? How do I apply for a return?
Contact us immediately via our Contact Us page with your order number and the fault and we will be in contact with you right away.
How do I pay?
You can securely pay online with your credit card via E-Way.
Is there delivery or hidden charges?
Additional shipping charges will apply. This shipping charge will be shown on the buy now page.
Can I buy a product from Camper Deals for a friend as a gift?
Of course you can! Camper Deals offer great products that make perfect gifts to the keen camper.
Is there a joining fee?
Camper Deals is completely free to join and receive e-mails on the latest and greatest deals. You will only pay if you choose to buy one of our deals.
Why aren’t I receiving e-mails from Camper Deals?
If you are not receiving e-mails with our great offers, try adding Camper Deals to your contact list, as your spam filter may be stopping you from receiving our e-mail deals.
Can I cancel my order?
If you decide to cancel your order – you must let us know immediately.
Kindly send us an email via our Contact Us page with a subject line “Request for Cancellation – #Your order number#
If we have not already processed your order to the supplier we may be able to cancel – however if your order has already been submitted then all orders are final and we are unable to cancel your purchase.
Please ensure you review all advertised material and undertake your own research if necessary before purchasing.
